EdgeStar 3.2 cu. ft. Refrigerator / Freezer Review
You may find that you would like to have your own fridge to keep your roomates from taking your food, or would rather stay out of their mess of a fridge. If you are in need of a great compact refrigerator, the EdgeStar 3.2 cu. ft refrigerator/freezer is an excellent choice.
Pros
The bottom of the EdgeStar refrigerator is great for keeping cold beverages and foods.
The top freezer portion is great for icecube trays and smaller items that require to be frozen. The freezer works great for ice cream and keeps things nice and cold. The build quality is great and not flimsy like some other freezers. The fridge also comes with an ice scrapper because you will need to defrost it every month or two. This is not a problem and doesn’t require too much effort.
The main refrigerator portion of the EsgeStar has a small drawer where you can put your vegetables. The side door has spaces for soda, beer, etc, and tIt does a great job keeping things cold and it is also very quiet, which is a big plus. You can fit a gallon of milk in the main compartment if you lay it down side ways.
Another plus of the Edge Star compact refrigerator is the slainless steel design. This is very appealong and looks great in just about every setting.
This is a perfect size regrigerator if you are living in a small dorm room, or simple would like to have an alternative to your over filled full sized regrigerator.
Cons
One downside you might find is that there is not much else you can put in the side door besided soda or beer. But this is hardly a problem if you plan on having these things anyways.
Somewhat limited Shelving Options
Conclusion
The bottom line is that there is not much wrong with this mini regrigerator. It’s safe to say that you will not regret buying this one, I highly recommend it. It keeps things very cold, (almost too cold on the highest setting), and it does a great job freezing ice trays, and ice cream. The EdgeStar compact refrigerator definitely lives up to its expectations.
